Kniphofias/Pokers.

Kniphofia, commonly called Red hot Pokers or just Pokers. This is a large genus of plants originating mainly from South Africa with many species being introduced to cultivation. Since there has been many fine selections and hybrids resulting in lots of  fine garden worthy plants.

Pokers are easy garden plants growing and thriving in sun or light shade. They add colour and good structure to a border and can bring an exotic touch to the garden.
